Grading Plan i. Grading for the Project shall be in conformity with a grading plan approved by the Village Engineer.
Grading Plan. The plat shall be graded in accordance with the approved Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan (Plan B). The plan shall conform to City of Plymouth standards. The Developer shall have the responsibility for site grading through completion of the project including installation of sod, trees and required landscaping, as addressed under the Warranty section of this agreement. Within 30 days after completion of the grading, the Developer shall provide the City with a "record" grading plan certified by a registered land surveyor or engineer indicating that all ponds, swales, and ditches have been constructed on public easements or land owned by the City. The "record" plan shall contain site grades and field verified elevations of the following: a) cross sections of ponds; b) location and elevations along all xxxxxx, emergency overflows, wetlands, wetland mitigation areas if any, ditches, locations and dimensions of borrow areas/stockpiles; c) lot corner elevations and house pads; and d) top and bottom of retaining walls. All lots with house footings placed on fill must be monitored and constructed to meet or exceed FHA/HUD 79G specifications. The Developer must certify that this has been done correctly. Prior to City acceptance of the grading improvements and a full release of financial sureties, the Developer shall provide the City with final “record” plans, in accordance with the City’s most recent Engineering Guidelines and the Developer shall verify that all final grades, after house construction and final lot grading, meet the approved grading plan.

Within thirty (30) days after completion of the grading and before the City approves individual building permits the Developer shall provide the City with an "as constructed" grading plan certified by a registered land surveyor or engineer that all ponds, swales, and ditches for public drainage have been constructed on public easements or land owned by the City. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City may issue building permits to the Developer, prior to completion of all grading, provided the City Engineer has determined that adequate erosion control measures are in place. The "as constructed" plan shall include field verified elevations of the following: a) cross sections of ponds; b) location and elevations along all xxxxxx, wetlands, wetland mitigation areas if any, ditches, locations and dimensions of borrow areas/stockpiles, and installed "conservation area" posts; and c) lot corner elevations. The City will withhold issuance of building permits until the approved certified grading plan is on file with the City and all erosion control measures are in place as determined by the City Engineer.

Grading Plan. 1. The Developer shall submit a Final Grading Plan for approval by the Director. All grading of the Plat and individual lots and outlots shall be graded in conformity with the approved Final Grading Plan.
Grading Plan. A grading plan will be prepared showing proposed site and paving elevations to include existing contours, essential proposed contours, and spot elevations.
Grading Plan. Showing proposed finished floor elevations and, as applicable, spot elevations and one-foot contours for public sidewalks, drives, and parking areas. Detailed grading of landscape areas will be coordinated with, but designed by, the Landscape Architect. Retaining walls needed to accomplish the grading will be shown with proposed top and toe elevations in a “wall zone”. The selection of the wall system and the structural design of the walls is beyond the scope of this agreement and will be provided by Xxxxxx-Xxxx or others under a separate agreement with the Client as alternative services.
Grading Plan. The Property shall be graded in accordance with the approved grading drainage and erosion control plan which is described as Plan B in Section 7 (the “Grading Plan”). The Grading Plan shall conform to City’s Design and Construction Manual. Within thirty (30) days after completion of the grading, the Developer’s engineer shall provide the City with a “record” grading plan.
Grading Plan. The plat shall be graded and drainage provided by the DEVELOP- ER in accordance with Plan B.
Grading Plan. A grading plan of the project shall be prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, for the review and approval of the City Engineer.
