Preparation Time Exclusion. Preparation time as outlined in Article 11 – Hours of Employment in the Agreement does not apply to bargaining unit members teaching the Independent Study Programs of the District.

Preparation Time 1. Each full-time elementary teacher shall receive 100 minutes of preparation time per week scheduled in accordance with the Previous Collective Agreement.
Preparation Period During the preparation period, a teacher will have no other assignment except in an emergency situation. It is recognized that the preparation period is a scheduled part of the teacher's work day and the teacher is expected to be in his/her respective Building. If the teacher must leave the Building during his/her preparation and/or lunch period, he/she must notify the Building switchboard operator.
Preparation Periods 31-1 The School District agrees to maintain daily preparation periods during the student day in all junior and senior high schools. At schools where block scheduling is in effect, the total preparation time provided shall be equal to the preparation time provided at schools not operating on a block schedule.
Elementary Preparation Time The Board shall provide a minimum of 180 minutes per five-day week of preparation time for each elementary teacher. Special circumstances that alter this schedule will not exceed two (2) times per year, per teacher. Preparation time for part-time elementary teachers shall be pro-rated on the basis of this allotment. 30 minute lunches, recesses and before and after school time shall not count as part of this time.

Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the pay- ment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. However, the Sub- xxxxxxx will be liable for payment of Dues accruing during the period the Agreement continues in force.
