Common use of Prepayment for One Year Clause in Contracts

Prepayment for One Year. A broadcast commercial may be produced and utilized on National TV or Radio, but not both, for one (1) year provided that a full session payment plus three (3) reuse payments (three (3) cycles) is made, with that total is discounted by fifteen percent (15%). Prepayment must be declared at the time of the original recording session. Reuse for an additional year(s) shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the original payment.
