Presence of Shop Xxxxxxx. The County acknowledges the right of a 9 nurse to have an Association Xxxxxxx present during any disciplinary process. If the 10 purpose of an interview is reasonably anticipated to relate to a disciplinary matter, the 11 nurse shall be so advised before the interview and provided a reasonable period of 12 time to obtain Association or other representative, if s/he desires.
