Present Conditions to Continue. All rights, benefits, privileges, and working conditions which employees now enjoy, receive, or possess as employees of the College shall continue to be enjoyed and possessed insofar as they are consistent with this Agreement, but may be modified by mutual agreement between the College and the Union.
