President or Chief Human Resources Officer (Level III). In the event the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level II, the decision may be appealed, in writing, to the grievant’s College President/Chief Human Resources Officer or designee within seven (7) days. In order to be processed or considered, the appeal shall include a copy of the original grievance and decision rendered, and reason for the appeal.
