Presumptive Sub-Committees. The following sub-committees may be convened by either party with 30 days’ notice to the non- convening party. Once convened, each of these sub-committees shall meet quarterly or as mutually agreed by the co-chairs. Once convened, these sub-committees may only be dissolved by mutual agreement of both parties.
