Common use of Prevailing Section Clause in Contracts

Prevailing Section. To the extent that any provision of this Section (Section 17 – Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance) is inconsistent with any provision of any other County enactment or policy, including but not limited to Administrative Bulletins, the Salary Regulations, the Personnel Management Regulations, or any other resolution or order of the Board of Supervisors, the provision(s) of this Section (Section 17 – Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance) will prevail.

Prevailing Section. To the extent that any provision of this Section 17 (Section 17 – MedicalHealth, Dental, Life and Life InsuranceDental Care) is inconsistent with any provision of any other County enactment or policy, including but not limited to Administrative Bulletins, the Salary Regulations, the Personnel Management Regulations, or any other resolution agreement or order of the Board of Supervisors, the provision(s) of this Section 17 (Section 17 – MedicalHealth, Dental, Life and Life InsuranceDental Care) will prevail.

To the extent that any provision of this Section (Section 17 16 – Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance) is inconsistent with any provision of any other County enactment or policy, including but not limited to Administrative Bulletins, the Salary Regulations, the Personnel Management Regulations, or any other resolution or order of the Board of Supervisors, the provision(s) of this Section (Section 17 16 – Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance) will prevail.
