Prevailing Section. To the extent that any provision of this Section (Section 17 Health, Life & Dental Care) is inconsistent with any provision of any other CCCERA enactment or policy, including but not limited to the Personnel Policies, or any other agreement or order of the Board of Retirement, the provision(s) of this Section (Section 17 - Health, Life & Dental Care) will prevail.
