Common use of Preventive Medical Treatment Clause in Contracts

Preventive Medical Treatment. Notwithstanding Section 4.126(d) of the LAAC, twenty-four (24) hours of one hundred percent (100%) sick leave may be used to secure preventive medical treatment for the employee and for the members of the employee's immediate family.
