Previous Agreement Superseded. This agreement replaces the Phase 1 Agreement, which is hereby revoked subject to any rights or obligations which may have accrued thereunder prior to the date of this agreement, A2. This agreement also replaces and revokes any other agreement or understanding between the parties.
Previous Agreement Superseded. The previous Employment Agreement between the parties dated July 10, 2008 (the “Previous Employment Agreement”) is hereby superseded, replaced in its entirety and considered null and void.

Previous Agreement Superseded. 5.1. This agreement supersedes the Plumbing Industry (Qld and WA) Award 1999 and any previous certified agreement past its nominal date of operation in respect of employment within its scope by the employer.
5.2. No employee will be reduced in status or position nor have their rate of remuneration reduced merely as a consequence of the making of this agreement. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be taken as incorporated into each employee’s common law contract of employment unless otherwise expressly agreed between the employer and the employee.
Previous Agreement Superseded. Effective September 1, 2015, the City and County hereby agree that the previous Interlocal Agreement referenced in the recitals hereto is superseded and terminated.
Previous Agreement Superseded. The Superseded Agreement is replaced in its entirety by this Agreement. The Superseded Agreement shall have no further force or effect.
