Minority Share as defined in Sec. 6.1.2
Minority Share means 1 series A common share, nominal value HUF 1,000, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital and voting rights in EuroWeb Hungary;

This Section 4.6 shall not be deemed to affect any right of subrogation, indemnity, reimbursement or contribution that any Guarantor may have under applicable law against the Borrower in respect of any payment of Guaranteed Obligations.
