Certified Agreement definition

Certified Agreement means the ACT Legislative Assembly Members’ Staff Certified Agreement 2004–2007 and any further certified agreement which replaces that agreement;

Certified Agreement means an agreement made in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Industrial Relations Act 1999 (Qld) or Part 2-4 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
