Common use of Previous Services for AT&T Clause in Contracts

Previous Services for AT&T. 1. Supplier will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine whether each individual who performs Services for AT&T has performed Work as an employee or temporary worker for AT&T, or any AT&T Affiliate, in the [*] ([*]) months preceding the individual’s proposed commencement of Work for AT&T. Supplier will provide AT&T with written notice of any individuals who meet the foregoing criteria. AT&T may require that Supplier provide another individual to perform the Work.
