PRICE AGREEMENT TERM. The primary term of the proposed contract shall be one year from the date of award. The agreement may upon mutual agreement of the parties, be renewed for up to three (3) additional one-year terms. The primary term and all one-year renewal options shall not exceed four years (Section 00-0-000 XXXX). The contract may also be renewed for a period less than one full year. Any price agreement awarded as a result of this solicitation shall be non-exclusive. During the term of the agreement, the County reserves the right to solicit additional bids or quotations, and purchase services from other sources, when deemed in the best interest of the County.

  • Agreement Terms The terms of the Agreement conform to University policy. The period of performance for the project is approximately two (2) years. The amount of funding support will not exceed $62,500. Since research projects are often amended, this agreement includes provisions for changes in time and scope. University procedures for approval of these changes will be followed and additional conflict of interest review will be done as appropriate.

  • Agreement Term This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues until terminated in compliance with this Clause.

  • TERM OF AGREEMENT/TERMINATION The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and such term and this Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier to occur of (i) the Effective Time, and (ii) the date on which the Merger Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms. Upon such termination, no party shall have any further obligations or liabilities hereunder; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, such termination shall not relieve any party from liability for any breach of this Agreement prior to such termination.

  • TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT The Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and (unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or it is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall terminate at the end of the Term.
