Price Completeness and Accuracy. The Government will review the price proposals for completeness and accuracy. A determination will be made as to whether the offeror has properly understood the price proposal instructions. Changes to the evaluation quantities, blanks, or zeros in the pricing columns, and/or mathematical mistakes are subject to clarification for confirmation of the offeror’s intent. The offerors’ proposals will be checked for mathematical correctness to include the following: • Checking arithmetic in all computations • Making sure that all prices are summarized correctly • Comparing electronic submittals with hard copies A determination will be made regarding whether the price appears unbalanced. An analysis will be made to identify any irregular or unusual pricing patterns. An unbalanced proposal is one that incorporates prices that are less for some items and/or prices that are overstated for other items.

  • Data Accuracy The Custodian has no responsibility for, or duty to review, verify or otherwise perform any investigation as to the completeness, accuracy or sufficiency of, any data or information provided by or on behalf of the Client, any persons authorized by the Client, any Third Party Agent, any Market Participant or any Authorized Data Sources, except to the extent the Custodian has agreed in writing to perform reconciliations, variance or tolerance checks or other specific forms of data review under this Agreement.

  • Technical Accuracy Owner shall not be responsible for discovering deficiencies in the technical accuracy of Engineer’s services. Engineer shall correct deficiencies in technical accuracy without additional compensation, unless such corrective action is directly attributable to deficiencies in Owner-furnished information.

  • Information Accuracy I (a) certify that the information and representations contained in this Agreement and any other document or information that has been or will be furnished to You in connection with My account(s) is complete, true and correct, and acknowledge that knowingly giving false information for the purpose of inducing You to extend credit is a federal crime, (b) authorize You to contact any individual or firm noted herein or on the documents referred to in subsection (a) of this Section and any other normal sources of debit or credit information, (c) authorize anyone so contacted to furnish such information to You as You may request, and (d) agree that this Agreement and any other document or information I furnish in connection with My account is Your property, as the case may be. I shall promptly advise You of any changes to the information in such agreements, documents, or information. You may retain this Agreement and all other such documents or information and their respective records at Your sole discretion, whether or not credit is extended.

  • COMPLETENESS OF AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. There are no representations or promises other than those expressly included in this Agreement. Each party hereby states under oath that the financial representations in this Agreement are accurate and complete, to the best of that party’s information, knowledge and belief.

  • Representations and Warranties of the Purchasers Each Purchaser, for itself and for no other Purchaser, hereby represents and warrants as of the date hereof and as of the Closing Date to the Company as follows (unless as of a specific date therein, in which case they shall be accurate as of such date):

  • Completeness The Work contained all of the attributes and elements required by this Agreement; and

  • Completeness of Content Licensor will inform Licensee and/or Participating Institutions of instances where online content differs from print versions of the Licensed Materials. Where applicable, Licensor will cooperate with Licensee to identify and correct content errors or omissions, and when necessary, the Licensor shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the online content: (1) is at least as complete as print and other physical format versions of the Licensed Materials; and (2) represents complete, accurate, and timely replications of the corresponding content contained within the print and other physical format versions of such Materials.
