PRICE PREFERENCE. Price Preference to Central/State Government/Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs), Public Sector Construction and Services Enterprises or joint ventures with PSEs shall be applicable as per directives of Government of India.
PRICE PREFERENCE. Price preference/ purchase preference will be given to the goods produced or manufactured by industries of Rajasthan over goods produced or manufactured by Industries out side Rajasthan as per Purchase of Stores (Preference to Industries of Rajasthan) Rules, 1995. It is clarified that purchase preference only be granted to the industries of Rajasthan.
PRICE PREFERENCE. Upto 15% price preference to be given to SSI units on landed cost. Further, few safeguards added in the procedure to ensure that the SSI units are not forced to accept rates below the quoted rates, if within 15% of the lowest outside bid.
PRICE PREFERENCE. Since Splitting of scope / quantity of work is not feasible keeping in view the nature of work involved, price preference clause for MSE registered firms/ bidders will not be applicable.
PRICE PREFERENCE. 24.1 There will be no price preference to any bidder.
