Price Protection Period. (a) The monthly rates for leased Equipment shall not be subject to any increase during the University's 12- month fiscal year in which notice is given for the machines installed during the fiscal year. The University's fiscal year is from July I to June 30. (b) Any rate reductions which might be generally available during the contract period on the part of the Lessor to other state and local government customers will be passed on to the University, when effective, at any time during the contract period. (c) Unless otherwise provided in the Purchase Order or Solicitation Document, lease rates for the Equipment may be increased, subject to the following: (i) Notification must be submitted in writing to the University at least 90 days prior to the effective date of the price increase. (ii) The University reserves the right to accept the price increase, or terminate the Agreement.

Price Protection Period. For purposes of this Article 10, "Price Protection Period" shall mean the 12-month period following the Call Closing Date.
Price Protection Period. Unless otherwise provided, the price of the Items stated herein will not be subject to any price increase from the date on which this order is accepted by Seller to the requested delivery date of Buyer. This price protection period shall not exceed twelve (12) months. If the Seller's established price for any Item upon the date of delivery shall be lower than the price shown on this order, then Buyer shall have benefit of such lower price from Seller or any of its affiliates.

  • Unbroken Vacation Period An Employee shall receive an unbroken period of vacation unless mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer.

  • Qualifying Period If a regular employee is promoted or transferred to a position, then that employee shall be considered a qualifying employee in her new position for a period of ninety (90) calendar days. If a regular employee is promoted or transferred to a position either within or outside the certification and is found to be unsatisfactory, she shall be returned to her previously held position. If a regular employee is promoted to a position, either within or outside the certification, and finds the position to be unsatisfactory, she shall be returned to her previously held position.

  • Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.

  • Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the payment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. However, the Subscriber will be liable for payment of Dues accruing during the period the Agreement continues in force.
