A current copy of the Product list is attached hereto as Exhibit A. 1.7 “Sell” or “sale” — sale, license or sublicense of a Product. 1.8 “Software” — any and all computer programs provided by Vendor in connection with this Agreement. 1.9 “Systems Integrator” — any prime contractor or subcontractor on any government supply obligation.

Augment the commercial price list to include the following information for each line item: ¨ A unique part number ¨ Product description ¨ List price ¨ Country of Origin ¨ Warranty ¨ Energy Star compliance (if applicable) ¨ Delivery time after receipt of signed order

Examples of Government Customers in a sentence

  • In the case of U.S. Government Customers, Customer shall be represented as provided under 28 U.S.C. § 516.

  • No matter where located, for all U.S. Government Customers this Agreement shall be governed by the Federal law of contracts.

Government Customers means government entities as well as businesses that are government- owned or government-controlled or subject to government procurement rules. Related to Government Customers

  • Government data means any information, document, media, or machine readable material regardless of physical form or characteristics, that is created or obtained by the Government in the course of official Government business.

  • Indigent Customer means the head of an indigent household:-

  • Government List means any of (i) the two lists maintained by the United States Department of Commerce (Denied Persons and Entities), (ii) the list maintained by the United States Department of Treasury (Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons), and (iii) the two lists maintained by the United States Department of State (Terrorist Organizations and Debarred Parties).

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Government Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a)(viii).

  • Government Accounts means Accounts on which any federal or state governmental unit or any intermediary for any federal or state governmental unit is the Account Debtor.
