ChyronHego’s invoice and sales quotation related to a Customer’s Order for Products may contain additional Product Terms and Conditions with respect to the sale and purchase of certain Products and Services specified therein. No modifications of the Product Terms and Conditions set forth in the invoice and sales quotation form shall be of any force unless such modification shall be signed by the Party claimed to be bound thereby.
