Common use of Pricing and Billing Clause in Contracts

The price for all electricity sold under this Agreement shall be a variable price which shall each month reflect the cost of electricity obtained from all sources (including energy, capacity, settlement, ancillaries), related distribution charges and other market-related factors, plus all applicable taxes, fees, charges or other assessments and AP&G’s costs, expenses and margins.
