PRINCIPAL DUTIES. The principal duties of the Administrative Committee shall be as follows: a.) To establish operating, scheduling and control procedures as needed to meet the requirements of coordinated operation, this Agreement and any requirements of the Transmission Provider; b.) To address issues arising out of accounting and billing procedures; c.) To coordinate regarding the changing service requirements of the Customer and the course of action the Parties will pursue to meet such requirements; d.) To coordinate regarding facility construction and maintenance as appropriate, and to the extent agreed by the Parties; and e.) To perform such other duties as may be specifically identified in, or required for the proper function of this Agreement.
