Common use of Principal Investigator Clause in Contracts

Principal Investigator. The Principal Investigator who will direct the Research for UNIVERSITY is  . If the Principal Investigator becomes unable to perform this Agreement for any reason, UNIVERSITY may appoint a successor Principal Investigator with SPONSOR’s written approval. Either Party may terminate this Agreement in accordance with Section 3.4 if the Parties cannot agree on an acceptable successor within a reasonable time.
