Common use of Principal Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Principal Paying Agent. The Principal Paying Agent shall be responsible for: (i) paying sums due on the Notes; and (ii) as long as the Notes are in global form, arranging on behalf of and at the expense of the Company for notices to be communicated to Holders in accordance with the terms of this Indenture and the Trustee shall have no obligation to perform these obligations.

Principal Paying Agent. The Principal Paying Agent (in lieu of the Trustee) shall be responsible for: (i) paying sums due on the Notes; and (ii) as long as the Notes are in global form, arranging on behalf of and at the expense of the Company for notices to be communicated to Holders in accordance with the terms of this Indenture. Each reference in this Indenture to the performance of duties set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) above by the Trustee shall have no obligation to perform these obligationsincludes performance of such duties by the Principal Paying Agent.
