PRINCIPAL’S INDEMNITY any legal liability of the insured’s principal, to pay compensation to any person or entity (other than the insured) in respect of personal injury and/or property damage caused by the insured which occurs within the territorial limits and during the period of insurance as a result of an occurrence in connection with business services.
PRINCIPAL’S INDEMNITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Principal shall defend (with counsel reasonably acceptable to Savanna Project Management), indemnify and hold harmless Savanna Project Management, its subsidiaries and affiliates and the employees, partners, officers, directors, members, shareholders and agents of each from and against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reimbursement of actual attorney’s fees, expert witness fees and court costs) incurred either as a defendant or witness and arising out of claims by third parties in connection with this Agreement, any Project or the Services, except to the extent such claims arise out of Savanna Project Management’s gross negligence, intentional misconduct or fraud.
PRINCIPAL’S INDEMNITY. Section 2 is extended to indemnify the principal of any construction or works project for their
1. where the liability arises in connection with the use by the insured of an insured vehicle on that project, and
2. the liability is for accidental loss to property or accidental bodily injury occurring in New Zealand during the period of insurance.
PRINCIPAL’S INDEMNITY. If an insured vehicle is used or operated on any construction or works project, Section 2 indemnifies the Principal of that project, but only in respect of that Principal’s legal liability in connection with the use or operation of the insured vehicle.
PRINCIPAL’S INDEMNITY. SCCI agrees to indemnify and to keep indemnified Great Shepparton City GSCC, its servants and agents (the Principal), and each of them from and against all actions, costs, claims, charges, expenses, penalties, demands and damages whatsoever which may be brought or made or claimed against them, or any of them, in connection with SCCI’s performance or purported performance of its obligations under this MOU and be directly related to the negligent acts, errors or omission of SCCI SCCI’s liability to indemnify Greater Shepparton City GSCC shall be reduced proportionally to the extent that any act or omission of Greater Shepparton City GSCC contributed to the loss or liability.
