Works Project definition

Works Project means a part of the Works to be performed (task) by a Contractor under the Contract, the specific terms, conditions and scope of the Works Project contract being specified in a Works Project contract document.
Works Project an activity paid for with any state-appropriated funds or state funds administered by a governmental entity which consists of the construction, maintenance, repair, renovation, remodeling, or improvement of building, road, street, sewer, storm drain, water system, site development, irrigation system, reclamation project, gas or electrical distribution system, gas or electrical substation or other facility, project or portion thereof owned in whole or in part by any government entity.
Works Project means Works Project defined in Part C1.2 Contract Data in Volume 3. P.1.4 Communication and employer’s agentEach communication between the employer and the contractor, prior to allocation of the contract, shall be to or from the employer's agent only, and in a form that can be readily read, copied and recorded. Related to Works Project

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;
