PERIOD OF SERVICE The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.
COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.
Term of Services The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on , the date of completion specified in Exhibit A, and Consultant shall complete the work described in Exhibit A on or before that date, unless the term of the Agreement is otherwise terminated or extended, as provided for in Section 8. Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section E shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section E requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.
Performance of Services The Contractor is responsible for fully meeting all obligations set forth in the Contract and for providing Product in accordance with the Contract or any Authorized User Agreement.

Types of Services This Article governs the provision of internetwork facilities (i.e., physical interconnection services and facilities), meet point billing by GTE to Nextel or by Nextel to GTE and the transport and termination and billing of Local, IntraLATA Toll, optional EAS traffic and jointly provided Interexchange Carrier Access between GTE and Nextel. Commencement of Services The Services will be commenced immediately upon receipt of the signed Proposal (the “Agreement”). If after commencement of the Services, the Project is delayed for any reason beyond Xxxxxxxxx’x control for more than 60 days, the terms and conditions contained herein will be subject to revision by Xxxxxxxxx. Subsequent modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties to the Agreement.
