PRINCIPLES AND KEY OBJECTIVES. 3.1 The Parties intend this Agreement to be legally binding. 3.2 The Parties agree to work together to discharge the Parties' obligations in relation to the implementation of the Growth Deal and the Grown Vision pursuant to and in accordance with this Agreement. 3.3 The Parties agree and acknowledge that the Growth Deal and Growth Vision shall be delivered in accordance with the:- (a) Implementation Plan; (b) OBP; (c) any Porfolio Business Case; (d) any Programme Business Case; and (e) the Project Business Cases.
