Principles and Practices of Change Management. 8.4.1.1 The University and its staff will pursue ongoing improvements in the quality of University programs and support services, and in support of the University’s strategic objectives. The University and staff recognise that change will occur as the University evolves over time and as circumstances require. Many changes that take place in the workplace can be relatively minor and, as a consequence, will be addressed at the workplace level through direct local discussion and consultation with individual staff and/or the work group.

  • Principles of cooperation The Parties shall apply the following principles to cooperation activities covered by this Agreement:

The Committee will meet quarterly and consult on County-wide personnel practices including, but not limited to, performance evaluations, appraisals of promotability, grievance, arbitration, appeal processes, and resolution and payment of awards.

  • Governing Principles 1. The implementation of this Memorandum of Understanding shall in all aspects be governed by the Regulation and subsequent amendments thereof.

  • Cost Principles The Subrecipient shall administer its program in conformance with 2 CFR Part 200, et al; (and if Subrecipient is a governmental or quasi-governmental agency, the applicable sections of 24 CFR 85, “Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments,”) as applicable.
