Workplace violence means any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted during the course of his or her employment, and includes but is not limited to all forms of harassment, bullying, intimidation and intrusive behaviours of a physical or emotional nature.
climate change means a change of climate which is attributed directly or indirectly to human activity that alters the composition of the global atmosphere and which is in addition to natural climate variability observed over comparable time periods.
Workplace means a place at which, on an average, twenty or more workers are employed.

Workplace safety means those conditions related to physical health and safety of employees enforceable under federal or state law, or District rule related to: safety of the physical work environment, the safe operation of workplace equipment and tools, provision of protective equipment, training and warning requirements, workplace violence and accident risk.
Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.
Corporate Change means one of the following events: (i) the merger, consolidation, or other reorganization of the Company in which the outstanding Stock is converted into or exchanged for a different class of securities of the Company, a class of securities of any other issuer (except a direct or indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company), cash or other property; (ii) the sale, lease or exchange of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company to any other corporation or entity (except a direct or indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company); or (iii) the adoption by the stockholders of the Company of a plan of liquidation or dissolution.
Exposed workplace means any work location, working area, or common area at work used or accessed by a COVID-19 case during the high-risk period, including bathrooms, walkways, hallways, aisles, break or eating areas, and waiting areas. The exposed workplace does not include buildings or facilities not entered by a COVID-19 case.
Metropolitan statistical area means a metropolitan statistical area or a pri- xxxx metropolitan statistical area es- tablished by the Office of Management and Budget.
Serious health condition means an illness, injury, impairment, or physical or mental condition that involves:
Relevant Potential Change of Control Announcement means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer, any actual or potential bidder or any adviser acting on behalf of any actual or potential bidder relating to any potential Change of Control where within 180 days following the date of such announcement or statement, a Change of Control occurs.
Adverse Change A material adverse change occurs in Borrower's financial condition, or Lender believes the prospect of payment or performance of this Note is impaired.

Critical areas means any of the following areas or ecosystems: wetlands, critical aquifer recharge areas, streams, fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas, frequently flooded areas, and geologically hazardous areas as defined by the Growth Management Act (RCW 36.070A.170).
Ownership Change means a change in a hospital’s owner, lessor, or operator under 42 CFR 489.18(a).
Potential Change of Control Announcement means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer or by any actual or potential bidder or any designated adviser thereto relating to any specific or any near-term potential Change of Control (whereby "near-term" shall mean that such potential Change of Control is reasonably likely to occur, or is publicly stated by the Issuer or by any such actual or potential bidder or any such designated adviser to be intended to occur, within four months of the date of such announcement or statement).
