Subject to the provisions of § 17, the Accelerator shall not be liable for damages arising in connection to the implementation of the Agreement, in particular the Grantee shall not be entitled to compensation in the event of delay in the payment of financial support resulting from circumstances beyond the control of the Accelerator.

Principles of liability. When performing its obligations, the Bank shall be liable for any negligence on the part of its staff and of those persons whom it may call in for the performance of its obligations. If the special conditions for particular business relations or other agreements contain provisions inconsistent herewith, such provisions shall prevail.
