Printing and Distribution of Memorandum of Understanding. a. CAHP will print, at CAHP expense, sufficient copies of this Memorandum of Understanding to supply a copy to each Unit 5 employee. b. One CAHP Representative at each Area office will be allowed four hours of time released from duty to distribute copies and discuss this Memorandum of Understanding. This time may be used in one-half hour increments twice each quarter on a date mutually agreeable by the Area/Section Commander and the CAHP Representative. c. CAHP will provide up to 1,000 copies of this Memorandum of Understanding at cost to the State for its use.
