Common use of Prior Consideration Clause in Contracts

Prior Consideration. Employees who currently hold, or within the previous three (3) year period held, a temporary contract with the Board shall be entitled to apply for vacant positions according to the provisions of Article E.21.3

Employees who currently hold, or within the previous three (3) year period held, a temporary contract with the Board shall be entitled to apply for vacant positions according to the provisions of Article E.21.37.A.3. and 4. The Board shall give prior consideration to these applicants over applicants who have not been on contract.
