Common use of Prior Notification Clause in Contracts

Prior Notification. Unless specifically prohibited by applicable law or court order, each of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent shall, prior to disclosure thereof, notify the Borrowers of any request for disclosure of any such non-public information by any Governmental Authority representative thereof (other than any such request in connection with an examination of the financial condition of such Lender by such Governmental Authority) or pursuant to legal process.

Prior Notification. Unless specifically prohibited by applicable law or court order, each of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent Lender shall, prior to disclosure thereof, notify the Borrowers Borrower of any request for disclosure of any such non-public information by any Governmental Authority governmental agency or representative thereof (other than any such request in connection with an examination of the financial condition of such the Lender by such Governmental Authoritygovernmental agency) or pursuant to legal process.
