Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract under technical services, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 12, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experiencereport on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 12, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on a sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, the qualifications, experience, experience terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 35,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms for any assignment estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of of: (i) consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 50,000 or more; and (ii) individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $20,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of less than $50,000 or more20,000, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 12, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or moremore and the first two contracts in each Province referred to in Section 3 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

(b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 35,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

(b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Administrator for its prior review and approval. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, and each contract to be awarded pursuant to Part C.3 of Section II of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 12, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on a sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of: (i) consulting firms estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent but less than $100,000 equivalent; and

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 12, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants selected based on the provisions of 5.2 of the Consultants Guidelines estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experiencereport on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

(b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 10,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 20,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) ), and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference reference, and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment by the Borrower of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Trustee for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 12, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on a sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 100,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval.
