Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent 80,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 30,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of the candidates, or the qualifications and experience of the candidate in the case of the sole-source selection, as well as the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 I to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms firms, estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidatescandidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement), and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, individual consultants to be selected on a sole source basis or for assignments deemed critical by the Bank, or the higher level staff of PISU, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience experience, or the qualifications and experience, of candidates, and as the case may be, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent 50,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 30,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of the candidates, or the qualifications and experience of the candidate in the case of sole-source selection, as well as the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm firms, irrespective of value; and (ii) each subsequent contract estimated to be procured in accordance with cost the procedures referred to in Part C.2 aboveequivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each to: (i) the first contract for the employment of individual consultants consultants, irrespective of value; and (ii) each subsequent contract estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidatesqualifications, and the experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Administrator for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (ia) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent 50,000 or more; and (iib) the first each contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be firms procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in under Part C.2 aboveC.3 of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 20,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidatesqualifications, and the experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultants’ Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, or to be selected on a sole source basis, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidatescandidates or the letter of justification (in case of sole sourcing), and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for training estimated to cost the equivalent of $15,000 or more, or for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on a sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants consultants: (i) estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, the terms of reference and the terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval; and (ii) to be selected on a sole source basis, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs Paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph Paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, and the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost $the equivalent of € 100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on a sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $€ 50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, and the qualifications, experience terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms firms: (i) estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more; and , or (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 aboveawarded under Single Source, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 4 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants consultants: (i) estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, or (ii) awarded under sole source, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm, and each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent 200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for the employment of an individual consultant and each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost $the equivalent of US$100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on a sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, and the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on a sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidatescandidates (or, in the case of single source selection, the qualifications, experience), and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidatesqualifications, and the experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions . (c) With respect to any contract for the employment of paragraph 3 a consulting firm or an individual consultant under the Project, the draft terms of Appendix 1 reference shall be submitted to the Guidelines shall also apply to such contractsBank for its prior review and approval.
