Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 US$500,000 or more and more; (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 US$400,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 200,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more works, and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first two contracts for goods, and subsequently for each contract for works procured in accordance goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or more and with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, respect to each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 500,000 or more more; and each contract for (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 200,000, or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 500,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 250,000 or more, and contracts awarded by direct contracting, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 3,000,000 or more more; and each contract for (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more; and (b) supply and installation estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 2,000,000 or more more, and each contract for (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 200,000 or more more, and with respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 150,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 200,000 or more more; and (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 500,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 250,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. With respect to an amendment to each contract for works raising its value above the $500,000 threshold and an amendment to each contract for goods raising its value above the $250,000 threshold, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 2,000,000 or more more, and each contract for (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 250,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more more; and (ii) the first two contracts for works estimated to cost less than $1,000,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 250,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for goods estimated to cost more than $30,000, and thereafter each contract estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 or (c) With respect to each Subproject estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works each contract estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US $200,000 or moremore for works, and US $100,000 or more for goods, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 150,000 or more more; and each contract for (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each a contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 250,000 or more and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply except for technical specifications.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$1,000,000 or more more, and with respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply to the following: all contracts for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or more; and all contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each a contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 50,000 or more and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for the procurement of works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 200,000 or more and with respect to each contract for the procurement of goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for : (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 500,000 or more more; and each contract for (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 250,000 or more, and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 2,000,000 or more and each contract for (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 250,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 300,000 or more more, and, irrespective of their amount the first five contracts for works per Project Implementation Agency, and with respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 500,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, more the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for (i) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 2,000,000 or more more, and each contract for (ii) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 250,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 and $100,000 or more, respectively, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more500,000 and $150,000 respectively, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 200,000 or more more; and each contract for (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 5,000,000 or more more, and each contract for (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 10,000,000 or more more, and each contract for (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 250,000 or more, and $500,000 or more, respectively, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 4 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for for: (i) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 or more; and (ii) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, ; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works works, including the first three contracts to be awarded, estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more 200,000, and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first each contract for works procured in accordance with supply and installation estimated to cost the provisions equivalent of Part C.1 of this Schedule$2,000,000 or more, and each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 300,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more more; and each contract (ii) the first two contracts for goods works estimated to cost the equivalent of less than $200,000 or more1,000,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 100,000 or more more, and each contract the first three contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent and for works, regardless of $200,000 or morevalue, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 150,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more and each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $750,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods and civil works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or morerespectively, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 500,000 or more and more, (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 250,000 or more, and (iii) the first two (2) contracts estimated to cost less than $500,000 for works and less than $250,000 for goods, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 200,000 and $500,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or morerespectively, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract two contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, and each contract for goods, works and consulting services estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 500,000 or moremore each, and each first contract for goods and works, regardless of value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
