Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (ii) each contract all contracts for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, ; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) each the first contract for the employment of individual consultants a consulting firm to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or moreC.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 3, and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under consulting firms to be selected in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II C.2 of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or moreSection II, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of the consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$100,000 or more; more and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 I to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) each the first contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under a consulting firm to be selected in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 2 of Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II C of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or moreSection II, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 200,000 or more; and (ii) , as well as with respect to each such contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part such cost covered by Parts C.1 or C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or moreSection II, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 C.2 or Part C.4 C.3 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 40,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: to (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; , and (ii) each contract for the employment first ten contracts awarded under the Project, regardless of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or morevalue, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 200,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under consulting firms to be selected in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II C.1 of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or moreSection II, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$100,000 or more; and (ii) each contract , the first three contracts for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 consulting firms regardless of Section II size, and all contracts awarded on the basis of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or moresingle source selection method, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (ia) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 50,000 or more; and (iib) each contract for the employment of individual consultants consulting firms procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or moreSection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) each contract all contracts for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or moreconsulting firms selected on a sole-source basis, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 US$200,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured consulting firms to be selected in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 1 under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II C of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or moreSection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 I to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; , and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each i)each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 US$200,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated consulting firms to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, be selected on a sole source basis the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 2,3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of (i) consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and , (ii) each contract the first two contracts for the employment of individual consultants procured consulting firms under Part C.3 or Part C.4 A of Section II of this Schedule the Project estimated to cost less than the equivalent of $50,000 or more100,000, and (iii) the first two contracts for the employment of consulting firms under Part B of the Project estimated to cost less than the equivalent of $100,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (ia) each contract all contracts for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (iib) each contract the first two contracts for consulting firms to be procured in accordance with the employment provisions set forth in Part C.1 of this Section; (c) all contracts for individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, ; and (d) the first contract to be procured in accordance with the provisions set forth in paragraph C.2 of this Section; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) each the first contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule consulting firms estimated to cost less than $100,000 the equivalent of $50,000 or moreequivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; , and any amendment to an existing contract raising the value of such contract to $100,000 equivalent or more, and (ii) each contract the first 3 contracts for the employment consulting firms irrespective of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 their single or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or moreaggregate value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) each the first contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of less than $50,000 or more100,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect toto each contract for: (ia) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (iib) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule consultants: (i) estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, ; or (ii) selected in accordance with the procedures set forth in paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of of: (A) consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; , and (iiB) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; (ii) each contract for services to be procured using single-source selection procedures; (iii) consulting services for critical assignment, as determined by the Bank; and (iv) amendments to each contract for consulting services raising the estimated cost above the prior threshold amounts in this subparagraph (a), the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; , and (ii) each contract for the first two contracts for: the employment of individual consultants consulting firms procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule Least Cost Selection and Consultants’ Qualifications methods, estimated to cost the equivalent of up to $50,000 or more100,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) each contract the first two contracts for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of less than $50,000 or more100,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 200,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; (iii) all single-source contracts; and (iii) the contract for the provision of a consulting firm to provide audit services, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: to each contract for (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and , (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured consulting firms under Part C.3 or Part C.4 single source selection procedures, and (iii) the employment of Section II consulting firms for assignments of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or morea critical nature, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With (a) The procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply with respect toto the following, namely: (i) each contract the contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; (ii) the contracts for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (iiiii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants all contracts procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall applyby sole source selection.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms procured under Part B of this Section estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants consulting firms procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II C.5 of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or moreSection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 3, and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of of: (i) consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (ii) individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $20,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; , and (ii) each the first contract for the employment of individual consultants a consulting firm to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or moreC.1 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 3, and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; more and (ii) each the first two contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost less than the equivalent of $50,000 or more100,000 but more than $50,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of of: (i) consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to of the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.
