Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for: (a) for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 1,000,000 or more; more and (b) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 3,000,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; for works, and (b) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first two contracts for goods, and subsequently for each contract for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 300,000 or more and with respect to each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 100,000 or more; and (b) supply and installation estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more; more and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 250,000 or more, and contracts awarded by direct contracting, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 200,000 or more; more and (b) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent more than $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, or more75,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) for goods estimated to cost $250,000 equivalent or more and each contract for works estimated to cost the $1,000,000 equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each any contract for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000200,000 or more, and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) for works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to to: (i) each contract for: (a) for works estimated to cost the equivalent $of US$500,000 or more; and (bii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, US$400,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

With respect to each contract for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (bi) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 250,000 or more, ; and (ii) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; for supply and (b) goods installation estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,0002,000,000 or more, and each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) for works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000500,000 or more each, or moreand each first contract for goods and works, regardless of value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 300,000 or more$1,000,000 or more respectively, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to (i) each contract for: (a) for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more; and , (bii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 250,000 or more, and (iii) the first two (2) contracts estimated to cost less than $500,000 for works and less than $250,000 for goods, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to to: (i) each contract for: (a) for works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 1,000,000 or more; and (ii) the first two contracts for works estimated to cost less than $1,000,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 100,000 or more, and the first three contracts for goods and for works, regardless of value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to the first two contracts for goods and works and each contract for: (a) for goods, works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods consulting services estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 200,000 and $500,000 or moremore respectively, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more; more and (b) for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 250,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. With respect to an amendment to each contract for works raising its value above the $500,000 threshold and an amendment to each contract for goods raising its value above the $250,000 threshold, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (a) for works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for goods estimated to cost more than $30,000, and thereafter each contract estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 or (c) With respect to each Subproject estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 300,000 or more and with respect to each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each a contract for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 250,000 or more and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply except for technical specifications.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (a) for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 300,000 or more; , and, irrespective of their amount the first five contracts for works per Project Implementation Agency, and (b) with respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more; more and (b) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 200,000 or more, more the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) for goods and civil works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, 200,000 or more and each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $750,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) for works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 of US$1,000,000 or more; , and (b) with respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, US$200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review.
