Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract procured under Part B of this Section I and the first two contracts procured under Part C.1., the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to contracts procured under Part C.2 of this Section I, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for goods procured under Part B estimated to cost more than the equivalent of this Section I $100,000; and (ii) and the first two three (3) contracts procured under Part C.1.for goods, irrespective of the contract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule. (b) With respect In the event that any of the contracts referred to contracts under sub-paragraph (a) above shall have been procured under Part C.2 the provisions of paragraphs B.2, B.3 or B.4 of Section I of this Section ISchedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping or direct contracting procedures, or procured from a UN Agency, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part B of this Section I and the first two contracts procured under Part C.1.above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 1 of Part C.2 C above, the first three contracts to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 2 of this Section IPart C above, and each contract to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 3 of Part C above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduresdirect contracting, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I Section; and (ii) the first two contracts contract for works and technical services to be procured under in accordance with the provision of Part C.1.C.1 of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to contracts the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services procured under Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section ISection; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract to be procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I Section; and (ii) the first two contracts to be procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1.C.1 of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first two contracts to contracts be procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section ISection; and (ii) the first two contracts to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) each contract procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I Section; and (ii) the first two contracts contract procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1.C.1 of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to contracts the first contract to be procured under Part in accordance with the procedures referred to in C.2 of this Section Iabove, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts for goods and works procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first two three contracts for works procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1.C.1 of this Section I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section I, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to (i) each contract procured under Part B for goods or works estimated to cost the equivalent of this Section I $100,000 or more, and (ii) the first two contracts contract for goods or works to be procured under in accordance with the procedure referred to in paragraph 1 of Part C.1.C above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to contracts the first contract for goods or works to be procured under in accordance with each of the procedures referred to in paragraphs 2 and 4 of Part C.2 of this Section IC above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower LGU shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower LGU shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract procured under all contracts governed by Part B and with respect to the first contract for goods, regardless of this its amount, governed by subparagraph (a) of Part C.1, Section I and the first two contracts procured under Part C.1.to this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to contracts each contract for goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract and to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 2 of Part C.2 C of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for goods and works procured under in accordance with the procedure referred to in Section I, Part B B.1.of this Schedule; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with the procedure referred to in Section I, C.1. of this Section I and the first two contracts procured under Part C.1., Schedule; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first contract for goods procured in accordance with the procedures referred to contracts procured under Part C.2 in Section I, C.2. and C.3. of this Schedule; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Section I, C.5. of this Schedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for goods to be procured under Part B B.1 of this Section I and Section; (ii) the first two contracts for goods to be procured under Part C.1.C.1 (b) of this Section; and (iii) each contract for works estimated to cost more than $200,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first five contracts procured for works to be awarded under Part C.2 C.4 of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract contractor under shopping proceduressaid Part, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduressaid Part, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect Subject to each contract procured under Part B the provisions of this Section I and the first two contracts procured under Part C.1.following sub-paragraphs, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to the first two contracts for goods and the first two contracts for works in each Fiscal Year. (b) With respect If either of the contracts referred to contracts in the preceding sub-paragraph is to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 B.1, B.2, B.4 or B.6 of this Section I, the following review procedures shall applyapply with respect to the contract: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/supplier or execution of any contract under shopping or small works procedures, the Borrower Khammouane Province shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping or small works procedures, the Borrower Khammouane Province shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to (i) each contract for goods and works procured under Part B of this Section I in accordance with international competitive bidding procedures; and (ii) the first two contracts procured under Part C.1.in accordance with national competitive bidding procedures, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to to: (i) the first two contracts procured under Part C.2 of this Section Iin accordance with international shopping procedures; (ii) the first two contracts procured in accordance with national shopping procedures; and (iii) the first two contracts procured in accordance with small works procedures, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, or any contractor under small works procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any the contract procured under shopping procedures or under small works procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract to be procured under in accordance with the provisions referred to in Part B 1. of Section I of this Section I and the first two contracts procured under Part C.1.Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first two contracts to contracts be procured under in accordance with the provisions referred to in each Part C.1 and C.2 of Section I of this Schedule; and (ii) each contract to be procured in accordance with the provisions referred to in Part C.3 of Section II of this Schedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedurescontract, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedurescontract, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for goods to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part B of this Section I and above; and (ii) the first two contracts contract for goods to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.1.C.1 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first two contracts to be procured under Part in accordance with the procedures referred to in each of Parts C.2 of this Section Iand C.3 above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping proceduresthe supplier or contractor, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduresthe contract, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (a) all contracts for goods and works to each contract be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part B of this Section I above; and (b) the first contract for goods and the first two contracts contract for works procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.1., the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to contracts the first contract for goods procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 of this Section Iabove and the first contract for works procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.3 above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract contract: (i) for goods and works procured under Part B of this Section I and in accordance with international competitive bidding procedures; (ii) the first two contracts procured under Part C.1.in accordance with national competitive bidding procedures, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to to: (i) the first two contracts procured under Part C.2 of this Section Iin accordance with international shopping procedures; (ii) the first two contracts procured in accordance with national shopping procedures; (iii) the first two contracts procured for small works; and (iv) all contracts procured in accordance with direct contracting procedures, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received, for its review and approval; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduresdirect contracting, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contractcontract for its review and approval; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for goods and works procured under Part B of this Section I B; and (ii) the first two three contracts for works procured under Part C.1.C1, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first two contracts procured under Part C.2 Parts C.2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract procured for goods and works to be awarded under Part B B.1 of this Section I Section; and (ii) the first two contracts for goods and the first two contracts procured for works to be awarded under Part C.1.. of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first two contracts for goods and the first two contracts for works to be procured under Part in accordance with the procedures referred to in Parts C.2 and C.3. of this Section ISection, respectively, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract contractor under shopping proceduressaid Parts, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduressaid Parts, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract to be procured under in accordance with the provisions referred to in Part B 1. of Section I of this Section I and the first two contracts procured under Part C.1.Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first two contracts to contracts be procured under in accordance with the provisions referred to in each Part C.1 and C.2 of Section I of this Schedule; and (ii) each contract to be procured in accordance with the provisions referred to in Part C.3 of Section II of this Schedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedurescontract, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedurescontract, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for goods and works procured under in accordance with the procedure referred to in Section I, Part B B.1 of this Section I Schedule; and (ii) the first two contracts contract for works procured under Part C.1.in accordance with the procedure referred to in Section I, C.1 of this Schedule; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first contract for goods procured in accordance with the procedures referred to contracts procured under Part in Section I, C.2 and C.3 of this Schedule; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Section I, C.5 of this Schedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 or more; (ii) the first contract for works to be procured under Part B C.1 of this Section I Section; and (iii) the first two contracts procured contract for goods under Part C.1.C.1 of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to contracts to: (i) the first contract for small works procured under in accordance with the procedures set forth in Part C.4 of this Section; (ii) the first contract for goods procured in accordance with the procedures set forth in Part C.2 of this Section ISection; and (iii) each contract for goods procured in accordance with the procedures set forth in Part C.3 of this Section, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/supplier or execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part B of this Section I B.1 hereof; and (ii) the first two contracts for goods and works procured under each year in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.1.C.1 hereof, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first two contracts for goods procured under each year in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 of this Section Ihereof, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $600,000 or more and (ii) each contract for works procured under paragraph 6 of Part B of this Section I and the first two contracts procured under Part C.1.Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to contracts each contract for goods procured under in accordance with paragraph 2 of Part C.2 B of this Section Iand each contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 3 of Part B of this Section estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for works procured under Part B of this Section I in accordance with international competitive bidding procedures; and (ii) the first two three contracts procured under Part C.1.in accordance with national competitive bidding procedures, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to to: (i) the first contract procured in accordance with international shopping procedures; (ii) the first contract procured in accordance with national shopping procedures; and (iii) the first three contracts procured under Part C.2 of this Section Iin accordance with small works procedures, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures or contractor under small works procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any the contract procured under shopping or small works procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts for goods and works procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first two three contracts for works procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1.C.1 of this Section I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section I, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract procured under Part B of this Section I and in accordance with the procedures referred to in B.1 above; and (ii) the first two contracts procured under Part C.1.in accordance with the procedures referred to in C.1 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first two contracts for goods and works procured under Part in accordance with the procedures referred to in C.2 of this Section Iand C.3 above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/supplier or execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for goods and works procured under Part B of this Section I in accordance with international competitive bidding procedures; and (ii) the first two contracts for goods and works procured under Part C.1., in accordance with national competitive bidding procedures the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to to: (i) the first two contracts procured under Part C.2 of this Section Iin accordance with international shopping procedures; (ii) the first two contracts procured in accordance with national shopping, procedures the following procedures shall apply: (iA) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (iiB) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iiiC) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract to be procured under pursuant to the provisions of Part B B.1 of this Section I Section; and (ii) the first two contracts for goods and for works procured under pursuant to the provisions of Part C.1.C.1 of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts to be procured under Part in accordance with the procedures referred to in Parts C.2 of this Section Iand C.3 hereof, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping proceduresprocedures (including small works), the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduresprocedures (including small works), the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(fparagraph 2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract all contracts to be procured in accordance with International Competitive Bidding under Part B of this Section I and the first two contracts procured under Part C.1.Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts in the first year and the first contract in the second and following years, to be procured in accordance with national competitive bidding procedures under Part C.2 C of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection issuance of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping proceduresbid documents, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations receivedBank draft bid documents for its review; (ii) prior to the selection of any contractor under national competitive bidding procedures in accordance with Parts C (a) and (b) of this Section, the Recipient shall provide to the Bank a bid evaluation report for its review; (iii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduresParts C (c) and (d) of this Section, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and Bank the draft contract; and (iiiiv) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) the first contract for goods procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 1 of Part C of this Section, in each fiscal year, regardless of the cost; and (ii) each contract procured under Part B for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of this Section I and the first two contracts procured under Part C.1., $200,000 or more; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to contracts the first contract for goods procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to paragraph 2 of Part C.2 C of this Section ISection, in each fiscal year, regardless of the cost, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for goods to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part B of this Section I above; and (ii) the first two contracts for goods to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.1.C.1 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first two (2) contracts to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 of this Section Iabove, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any the supplier/, or the execution of any such contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any such contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract procured under Part B of this Section I and the first two contracts each for goods and works to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.1.C.2 above, as well as to all contracts to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part B above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first two contracts procured each for goods and works under Part C.2 of this Section IParts C.3 and C.4 above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract the supplier or contractor under shopping proceduresprocedures or procurement of small works, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduresprocedures or procurement of small works, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for goods to be procured under Part B of this Section I in accordance with the procedures referred to in Parts B.1 and the first two contracts procured under Part C.1.C.1 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts for goods to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in each of Parts C.2 and C.3 above, and each contract for goods to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 of this Section IC.4 above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping direct contracting procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract procured under Part B of this Section I and the first two contracts procured under Part C.1., the The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply to: (i) each contract for goods or works to be awarded under Part B of this Section; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first two contracts for works to be awarded under Part C.1 of this Section. (b) With respect to contracts procured under Part C.2 of this Section I, the The following procedures shall applyapply to the first three contracts for goods and the first two contracts for works to be awarded under Parts C.2 and C.3 of this Section, respectively: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of supplier or any contract under shopping procedurescontractor, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received. The Bank shall, if it determines that the intended award would be inconsistent with the Loan Agreement, promptly inform the Borrower and state the reasons for such determination; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedurescontract, the Borrower shall provide to the Association Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract to: (i) all contracts procured under Part B of this Section I in accordance with international competitive bidding procedures; and (ii) the first two contracts procured under Part C.1., in accordance with national competitive bidding procedures; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to to: (i) the first two contracts procured under Part C.2 of this Section Iin accordance with international shopping procedures; (ii) the first two contracts procured in accordance with national shopping procedures; and (iii) the small works contracts, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
