Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section I, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and or works procured in accordance with estimated to cost the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section I; $100,000 or more, and (ii) the first three contracts contract for goods and the first three contracts for or works to be procured in accordance with the provisions procedure referred to in paragraph 1 of Part C.1 of this Section IC above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts contract for goods or works to be procured in accordance with each of the provisions procedures referred to in paragraphs 2 and 4 of Part C.2 of this Section IC above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower LGU shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower LGU shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: contract: (ia) all contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B B.1 of this Section ISchedule; and and (iib) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with estimated to cost the provisions equivalent of Part C.1 of this Section I$3,000,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (bc) With respect to the first three two contracts for works for Off-farm Irrigation Subprojects and On-farm Irrigation Subprojects estimated to cost less than the equivalent of $3,000,000 to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section Ieach State, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping proceduressuch contract, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduressuch contract, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section ISection; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts contract for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provisions provision of Part C.1 of this Section ISection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts contract for: (i) goods and technical services procured in accordance with the provisions of under Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section ISection; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and works procured in accordance with estimated to cost more than the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section I$100,000; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three (3) contracts for works procured in accordance with goods, irrespective of the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section Icontract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule. (b) With respect In the event that any of the contracts referred to the first three contracts under sub-paragraph (a) above shall have been procured in accordance with under the provisions of Part C.2 paragraphs B.2, B.3 or B.4 of Section I of this Section ISchedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping or direct contracting procedures, or procured from a UN Agency, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works, irrespective of the contract’s value, and, subsequently, each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $400,000 or more, and each contract for works procured in accordance with estimated to cost the provisions equivalent of Part C.1 of this Section I$100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract to be procured under the first three contracts procured in accordance with the provisions procedures described under paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part C.2 C of this Section ISchedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under direct contracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of under Part B of this Section IB; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of under Part C.1 of this Section IC1, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three two contracts procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 under Parts C.2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: Except as provided in sub-paragraph (ib) all contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section Iparagraph 2, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B. (b) With respect to the first three contracts procured each contract referred to in accordance with the provisions clause (ii) of Part C.2 sub-paragraph (a) of this Section Iparagraph 2, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/supplier under shopping procedures or the execution of any contract under shopping proceduresthe procurement procedures for small works, the Borrower XUAR shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping or procurement of small works procedures, the Borrower XUAR shall provide to the Bank a Association copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect Subject to each contract for: (i) all contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section Ifollowing sub-paragraphs, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to the first two contracts for goods and the first two contracts for works in each Fiscal Year. (b) With respect If either of the contracts referred to in the first three contracts preceding sub-paragraph is to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.2 B.1, B.2, B.4 or B.6 of this Section I, the following review procedures shall applyapply with respect to the contract: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/supplier or execution of any contract under shopping or small works procedures, the Borrower Khammouane Province shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping or small works procedures, the Borrower Khammouane Province shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: to: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Section IB.1 above; and (ii) the first three contracts each contract for goods estimated to cost $200,000 or more and the first three contracts for works contract to be awarded each year regardless its estimated price to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Section Iabove, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three two contracts to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.2 of this Section Iabove, the following procedures shall apply: (i) : prior to the selection of any the supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) ; prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduresthe contract, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) and the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to: (i) each contract for procurement of goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $150,000 or more, and (ii) the first contract for goods procured in accordance with the procedures set forth respectively in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part C above. (b) With respect to the first three contracts each contract for goods procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Part C.2 of this Section IC above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Section Iabove; and (ii) the first three two contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Section Iabove, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three two (2) contracts to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.2 of this Section Iabove, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any the supplier/, or the execution of any such contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any such contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: to: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Section I; and B.1 above; (ii) the first three contracts each contract for goods estimated to cost $200,000 or more and the first three contracts for works contract to be awarded each year regardless its estimated price to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Section Iabove, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three two contracts to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.2 of this Section Iabove, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any the supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduresthe contract, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts governed by Part B and with respect to the first contract for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions goods, regardless of its amount, governed by subparagraph (a) of Part B of C.1, Section I to this Section I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section ISchedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts each contract for goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract and to be procured in accordance with the provisions procedures referred to in paragraph 2 of Part C.2 C of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of under Part B B.1 of this Section ISection; and (ii) the first three two contracts for goods to be procured under Part C.1 (b) of this Section; and the first three contracts (iii) each contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section Iestimated to cost more than $200,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three five contracts procured in accordance with the provisions of for works to be awarded under Part C.2 C.4 of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract contractor under shopping proceduressaid Part, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduressaid Part, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the procedures The Procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.apply to: (a) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more; and (b) With respect to each year, irrespective of the estimated amount thereof, (i) the first three two contracts procured for goods, and (ii) the first two contracts for works; provided that in accordance with the provisions respect of Part C.2 those contracts set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) of this Section Isub-paragraph (b) which cost less than $50,000 equivalent each, the following procedures shall apply: (iA) prior to the selection of any supplier/supplier under shopping procedures or the execution of any contract under shopping proceduresfor small works, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; ; (iiB) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduresprocedures or for small works, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and and (iiiC) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section Iworks; and (ii) the first three contracts each contract for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts contract for goods: (i) estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent and procured in accordance with the provisions under paragraph 1 (a) of Part C.2 C of this Section I, Section; and (ii) estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent and procured under paragraph 1 (b) of Part C of this Section; the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: to: (i) all contracts for goods and works each contract procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section Iprocedures referred to in B.1 above; and and (ii) the first three two contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part procedures referred to in C.1 of this Section Iabove, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three two contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part procedures referred to in C.2 of this Section Iand C.3 above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/supplier or execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts for goods and works each contract to be procured in accordance with pursuant to the provisions of Part B B.1 of this Section ISection; and (ii) the first three two contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with pursuant to the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section ISection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part procedures referred to in Parts C.2 of this Section Iand C.3 hereof, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping proceduresprocedures (including small works), the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduresprocedures (including small works), the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(fparagraph 2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section I, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and works procured in accordance with estimated to cost more than the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section I$250,000; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods and goods, irrespective of the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section Icontract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraphs B.1 and B.4 of this Schedule. (b) With respect In the event that any of the contracts referred to the first three contracts under sub-paragraph (a) (ii) above shall have been procured in accordance with under the provisions of Part C.2 paragraphs B.2, B.3 or B.5 of Section I of this Section ISchedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Administrator a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping or direct contracting procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Administrator a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and works procured in accordance with estimated to cost the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section I$350,000 or more; and (ii) each of the first three two contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with regardless of the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section Icontract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts each contract for goods to be procured in accordance with shopping procedures and estimated to cost less than the provisions equivalent of Part C.2 of this Section I$100,000, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of the first two (2) contracts with any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; procedures referred to in Parts B.1 and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section Iabove, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts for goods to be procured in accordance with the provisions procedures referred to in each of Parts C.2 and C.3 above, and each contract for goods to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 of this Section IC.4 above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping direct contracting procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and each contract for works procured in accordance with estimated to cost more than the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section I$250,000; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three (3) contracts for works procured in accordance with goods, irrespective of the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section Icontract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraphs B.1 and B.4 of this Schedule. (b) With respect In the event that any of the contracts referred to the first three contracts under sub-paragraph (a) (ii) above shall have been procured in accordance with under the provisions of Part C.2 paragraphs B.2, B.3 or B.5 of Section I of this Section ISchedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping or direct contracting procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts for goods and works each contract procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Section IB.1 hereof; and (ii) the first three two contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured each year in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Section Ihereof, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three two contracts for goods procured each year in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.2 of this Section Ihereof, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts each contract for goods works estimated to cost the equivalent of $600,000 or more and (ii) each contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions under paragraph 6 of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section ISection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts each contract for goods procured in accordance with the provisions paragraph 2 of Part C.2 B of this Section Iand each contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 3 of Part B of this Section estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts for goods and works each contract procured in accordance with the provisions of under Part B B.1 of this Section ISection; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods contract and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of each subsequent contract estimated to cost $100,000 or more under Part C.1 of this Section ISection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to to: (i) each contract procured under Part C.4 of this Section; and (ii) the first three contracts procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 under Parts C.2, C.3, and C.5 of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/supplier or execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of under Part B B.1 of this Section I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of each contract under Part C.1 of this Section Iestimated to cost $200,000 equivalent or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to to: (i) the first three two contracts to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.1 above and estimated to cost less than $200,000 equivalent per contract; (ii) the first two contracts to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 of this Section Iabove; (iii) the first two contracts to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.3 above; and (iv) all contracts to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.4 above, the following procedures shall apply: : (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and each contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section Iestimated to cost more than $300,000 equivalent; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods and the first three (3) contracts for works procured in accordance with works, irrespective of the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section Icontract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraphs C.1 or C.2 of this Schedule. (b) With respect In the event that any of the contracts for goods referred to the first three contracts under sub- paragraph (a) (ii) above shall have been procured in accordance with under the provisions of Part C.2 paragraphs C.3 or C.4 of this Section ISchedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping or direct contracting procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract forto: (i) all contracts each contract for goods works estimated to cost the equivalent $600,000 or more and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B C(1) of this Section ISection; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts contract for works to be procured in accordance with under each sub-component of the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, Project estimated to cost less than $600,000 equivalent; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three contracts contract procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section IParagraphs C(2) and C(3), the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping proceduresfor procurement of small works, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping direct contracting or procurement of small works procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) procured under Part B, Part C.1, Part C.5 above and all contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three all contracts for works procured in accordance with estimated to cost the provisions equivalent of Part C.1 of this Section I$200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three two contracts to be procured in accordance with the provisions of under Part C.2 of this Section IC.2, Part C.3, and Part C.4 above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: to: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Section Iabove; and and (ii) the first three contracts contract for goods and the first three contracts for works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Section Iabove, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first three two contracts to be procured in accordance with the provisions procedures referred to in each of Part Parts C.2 of this Section Iand C.3 above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier/execution of any contract under shopping proceduresthe supplier or contractor, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under shopping proceduresthe contract, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
