Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section; and (ii) the first contract for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision of Part C.1 of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services procured under Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works procured estimated to be procured in accordance with cost more than the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section$100,000; and (ii) and the first contract three (3) contracts for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with goods, irrespective of the provision of Part C.1 of this Sectioncontract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule. (b) With respect In the event that any of the contracts referred to the first contract for: under sub-paragraph (ia) goods and technical services above shall have been procured under Part C.2 and C.3 the provisions of paragraphs B.2, B.3 or B.4 of Section I of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4Schedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection execution of any supplier contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping or direct contracting procedures, or procured from a UN Agency, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works, irrespective of the contract’s value, and, subsequently, each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $400,000 or more, and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section; and (ii) the first each contract for works and technical services estimated to be procured in accordance with cost the provision equivalent of Part C.1 of this Section$100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first each contract for: (i) goods and technical services to be procured under the procedures described under paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part C.2 and C.3 C of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4Schedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier under direct contracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international direct contracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract: (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B B.1 of this SectionSchedule; and and (iib) the first contract for works and technical services estimated to be procured in accordance with cost the provision equivalent of Part C.1 of this Section$3,000,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (bc) With respect to the first contract for: (i) goods two contracts for works for Off-farm Irrigation Subprojects and technical services On-farm Irrigation Subprojects estimated to cost less than the equivalent of $3,000,000 to be procured under Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4in each State, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection execution of any supplier under shopping proceduressuch contract, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping proceduressuch contract, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: to (i) each contract for goods or works estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, and (ii) the first contract for goods or works to be procured in accordance with the provisions procedure referred to in paragraph 1 of Part B of this Section; and (ii) the first contract for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision of Part C.1 of this SectionC above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) for goods or works to be procured in accordance with each of the procedures referred to in paragraphs 2 and technical services procured under 4 of Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4C above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower LGU shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower LGU shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect toto each contract for: (i) each contract all contracts for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this SectionSection I; and (ii) the first contract three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision provisions of Part C.1 of this SectionSection I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services three contracts procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4Section I, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of under Part B of this SectionB; and (ii) the first contract three contracts for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision of under Part C.1 of this SectionC1, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services two contracts procured under Part C.2 Parts C.2, 3, 4 and C.3 5 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and each contract for works estimated to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Sectioncost more than $300,000 equivalent; and (ii) the first contract three (3) contracts for works goods and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision first three (3) contracts for works, irrespective of Part C.1 of this Sectionthe contract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraphs C.1 or C.2 of this Schedule. (b) With respect In the event that any of the contracts for goods referred to the first contract for: under sub- paragraph (ia) goods and technical services procured under Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works above shall have been procured under Part C.4the provisions of paragraphs C.3 or C.4 of this Schedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection execution of any supplier contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping or direct contracting procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section; procedures referred to in Parts B.1 and (ii) the first contract for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision of Part C.1 of this Sectionabove, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) three contracts for goods and technical services to be procured under Part in accordance with the procedures referred to in each of Parts C.2 and C.3 of this Section; above, and (ii) small works each contract for goods to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.4C.4 above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping direct contracting procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect toto each contract for: (i) each contract all contracts for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this SectionSection I; and (ii) the first contract three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision provisions of Part C.1 of this SectionSection I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services three contracts procured under in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4Section I, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with pursuant to the provisions of Part B B.1 of this Section; and (ii) the first contract two contracts for goods and for works and technical services procured pursuant to be procured in accordance with the provision provisions of Part C.1 of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services three contracts to be procured under Part in accordance with the procedures referred to in Parts C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4hereof, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier supplier/execution of any contract under shopping proceduresprocedures (including small works), the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping proceduresprocedures (including small works), the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(fparagraph 2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of under Part B B.1 of this Section; Section and (ii) the first each contract for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision of under Part C.1 of this SectionSection estimated to cost $200,000 equivalent or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract forto: (i) goods the first two contracts to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.1 above and technical services estimated to cost less than $200,000 equivalent per contract; (ii) the first two contracts to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 and above; (iii) the first two contracts to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.3 of this Sectionabove; and (iiiv) small works all contracts to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.4C.4 above, the following procedures shall apply: : (i) prior to the selection of any supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: Except as provided in sub-paragraph (ib) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section; and (ii) the first contract for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision of Part C.1 of this Sectionparagraph 2, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B. (b) With respect to the first each contract for: (i) goods and technical services procured under Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and referred to in clause (ii) small works procured under Part C.4of sub-paragraph (a) of this paragraph 2, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier under shopping proceduresprocedures or the execution of any contract under the procurement procedures for small works, the Borrower XUAR shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping or procurement of small works procedures, the Borrower XUAR shall provide to the Bank a Association copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: : (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Sectionabove; and and (ii) the first contract for works and technical services goods to be procured in accordance with the provision of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Sectionabove, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services two contracts to be procured under Part in accordance with the procedures referred to in each of Parts C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any the supplier under shopping proceduresor contractor, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping proceduresthe contract, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section; and (ii) the first contract for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision of Part C.1 of this Section, the The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to: (i) each contract for procurement of goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $150,000 or more, and (ii) the first contract for goods procured in accordance with the procedures set forth respectively in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part C above. (b) With respect to each contract for goods procured in accordance with the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services procured under provisions of paragraph 2 of Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4C above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: : (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Section; and B.1 above; (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost $200,000 or more and the first contract for works and technical services to be awarded each year regardless its estimated price to be procured in accordance with the provision of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Sectionabove, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services two contracts to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier under shopping proceduresthe supplier, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping proceduresthe contract, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works estimated to be procured in accordance with cost more than the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section$250,000; and (ii) the first contract three (3) contracts for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with goods, irrespective of the provision of Part C.1 of this Sectioncontract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraphs B.1 and B.4 of this Schedule. (b) With respect In the event that any of the contracts referred to the first contract for: under sub-paragraph (ia) goods and technical services procured under Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works above shall have been procured under Part C.4the provisions of paragraphs B.2, B.3 or B.5 of Section I of this Schedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection execution of any supplier contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Administrator a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping or direct contracting procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Administrator a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works Subject to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section; and (ii) the first contract for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision of Part C.1 of this Sectionfollowing sub-paragraphs, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to the first two contracts for goods and the first two contracts for works in each Fiscal Year. (b) With If either of the contracts referred to in the preceding sub-paragraph is to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part B.1, B.2, B.4 or B.6 of this Section I, the following review procedures shall apply with respect to the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services procured under Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4, the following procedures shall applycontract: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier or execution of any contract under shopping or small works procedures, the Borrower Khammouane Province shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping or small works procedures, the Borrower Khammouane Province shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: : (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Sectionprocedures referred to in B.1 above; and and (ii) the first contract for works and technical services to be two contracts procured in accordance with the provision of Part procedures referred to in C.1 of this Sectionabove, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) two contracts for goods and technical services works procured under Part in accordance with the procedures referred to in C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier or execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: : (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this SectionB.1 above; each contract for goods estimated to cost $200,000 or more and (ii) the first contract for works and technical services to be awarded each year regardless its estimated price to be procured in accordance with the provision of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Sectionabove, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services two contracts to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) : prior to the selection of any supplier under shopping proceduresthe supplier, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) ; prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping proceduresthe contract, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) and the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract all contracts for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Sectionworks; and (ii) the first each contract for works and technical services goods estimated to be procured in accordance with the provision of Part C.1 of this Section, cost $100,000 equivalent or more; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract forfor goods: (i) goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent and technical services procured under paragraph 1 (a) of Part C.2 and C.3 C of this Section; and (ii) small works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent and procured under paragraph 1 (b) of Part C.4, C of this Section; the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section; and (ii) the first contract for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision of Part C.1 of this Section, the procedures The Procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.apply to: (a) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more; and (b) With respect to each year, irrespective of the first contract for: estimated amount thereof, (i) goods and technical services procured under Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; the first two contracts for goods, and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4the first two contracts for works; provided that in respect of those contracts set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) of this sub-paragraph (b) which cost less than $50,000 equivalent each, the following procedures shall apply: (iA) prior to the selection of any supplier under shopping proceduresprocedures or the execution of any contract for small works, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; ; (iiB) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping proceduresprocedures or for small works, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and and (iiiC) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and each contract for works estimated to be procured in accordance with cost more than the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section$250,000; and (ii) and the first contract three (3) contracts for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with goods, irrespective of the provision of Part C.1 of this Sectioncontract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraphs B.1 and B.4 of this Schedule. (b) With respect In the event that any of the contracts referred to the first contract for: under sub-paragraph (ia) goods and technical services procured under Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works above shall have been procured under Part C.4the provisions of paragraphs B.2, B.3 or B.5 of Section I of this Schedule, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection execution of any supplier contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping or direct contracting procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works estimated to be procured in accordance with cost the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section$350,000 or more; and (ii) each of the first contract two contracts for goods and for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with regardless of the provision of Part C.1 of this Sectioncontract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for goods to be procured in accordance with shopping procedures and estimated to cost less than the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services procured under Part C.2 and C.3 equivalent of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4$100,000, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of the first two (2) contracts with any supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of under Part B B.1 of this Section; and (ii) the first contract for works and technical services each subsequent contract estimated to be procured in accordance with the provision of cost $100,000 or more under Part C.1 of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract forto: (i) goods and technical services each contract procured under Part C.2 and C.3 C.4 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured the first three contracts under Part C.4Parts C.2, C.3, and C.5 of this Section, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier or execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international direct contracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Sectionabove; and (ii) the first contract two contracts for works and technical services goods to be procured in accordance with the provision of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Sectionabove, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: two (i2) goods and technical services contracts to be procured under in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier the supplier, or the execution of such contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any such contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: to (i) each contract for goods and works estimated to be procured in accordance with cost the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section; $600,000 or more and (ii) the first each contract for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision under paragraph 6 of Part C.1 B of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first each contract for: (i) for goods and technical services procured under in accordance with paragraph 2 of Part C.2 and C.3 B of this Section; Section and (ii) small works each contract for goods procured under in accordance with paragraph 3 of Part C.4B of this Section estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract procured under Part B, Part C.1, Part C.5 above and all contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section; and (ii) the first contract all contracts for works and technical services estimated to be procured in accordance with cost the provision equivalent of Part C.1 of this Section$200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services two contracts to be procured under Part C.2 C.2, Part C.3, and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4C.4 above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods works estimated to cost the equivalent $600,000 or more and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B C(1) of this Section; and (ii) the first contract for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with under each sub-component of the provision of Part C.1 of this Section, Project estimated to cost less than $600,000 equivalent; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (iprocured in accordance with the provisions of Paragraphs C(2) goods and technical services procured under Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4C(3), the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection execution of any supplier under shopping procedurescontract for procurement of small works, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping direct contracting or procurement of small works procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with under Part B.1 of this Section; (ii) the provisions of first two contracts for goods to be procured under Part B C.1 (b) of this Section; and (iiiii) the first each contract for works and technical services estimated to be procured in accordance with the provision of Part C.1 of this Sectioncost more than $200,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services procured five contracts for works to be awarded under Part C.2 and C.3 C.4 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier contractor under shopping proceduressaid Part, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping proceduressaid Part, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of all contracts governed by Part B of this Section; and (ii) with respect to the first contract for works and technical services to be procured in accordance with the provision goods, regardless of its amount, governed by subparagraph (a) of Part C.1 of C.1, Section I to this SectionSchedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract and to be procured in accordance with the first contract for: (i) goods and technical services procured under procedures referred to in paragraph 2 of Part C.2 and C.3 C of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f), 2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this SectionB.1 hereof; and (ii) the first contract two contracts for goods and works and technical services to be procured each year in accordance with the provision of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Sectionhereof, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for: (i) two contracts for goods and technical services procured under each year in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 and C.3 of this Section; and (ii) small works procured under Part C.4hereof, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under international direct contracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(f2 (f), 2(g2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
