Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms, estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement), and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms, firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on a sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 25,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)candidates, and the qualifications, experience terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 30,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) the candidates, or the qualifications and experience of Part C the candidate in the case of Section II of this Agreement)the sole-source selection, and as well as the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 I to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms, firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; and (ii) the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 3, and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)candidates, and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

(b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, or to be selected on a sole source basis (i) the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)candidates, and (ii) the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants consultants, shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms, firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 250,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on a sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 100,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)candidates, and the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

(a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms, : (i) estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more, or (ii) awarded under Single Source, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 4 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on sole source basis, or consultants: (i) estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, or (ii) awarded under sole source, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)candidates, and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms, firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for training selected in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of Part C of this Section II, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)candidates, and the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on a sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $€ 50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)candidates, and the qualifications, experience terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms, firms procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in B.1 above and estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)candidates, and the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each to: (i) the first contract for the employment of consulting firms, irrespective of value; and (ii) each subsequent contract estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each to: (i) the first contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on sole source basisconsultants, or irrespective of value; and (ii) each subsequent contract estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)qualifications, and the experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Administrator for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to the first contract for the employment of a consulting firm, and each contract for the employment of consulting firms, firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to the first contract for the employment of an individual consultant and each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)candidates, and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms, firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)qualifications, and the experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions . (c) With respect to any contract for the employment of paragraph 3 a consulting firm or an individual consultant under the Project, the draft terms of Appendix 1 reference shall be submitted to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contractsBank for its prior review and approval.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms, firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms, firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. Prior Review. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on sole a sole-source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)candidates, and the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Consultants’ Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms, firms estimated to cost more than US$100,000 equivalent and the two first contracts costing US$100,000 equivalent or less procured under Part C.2 of $100,000 or morethis Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $costing US$50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)qualifications, and the experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The . (c) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 3 Part D.2 (a) and (b) of Appendix 1 this Section, prior review and approval by the Bank of terms of reference shall be required to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contractsaward any contract for consultant services.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms, firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for training estimated to cost the equivalent of $15,000 or more, or for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on a sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates (with respect to services to be procured under paragraph 3 (a) of Part C of Section II of this Agreement)candidates, and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.
