Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section I; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section I, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contracting, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f), 2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works and goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B B.1 of this Section ISection; and (ii) the first three (3) two contracts for each goods, the first two contracts for works and goods to be awarded the first two contracts for non-consultant technical services procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Section ISection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three (3) two contracts for goods to be awarded and the first two contracts for non-consultant technical services procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.2 of this Section ISection; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded each contract procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.3 of this Section ISection; and (iii) each contract the first two contracts for goods to be awarded works procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (iA) prior to the selection of any supplier and the supplier/execution of any contract under shopping or small works procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (iiB) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contracting, small works or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iiiC) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each to the first contract for works goods under Part A of the Project and the first contract for goods under Part B of the Project to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods procedures referred to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 above, and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of this Section I$500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) to the first three (3) contracts contract for goods works under Part A of the Project and the first contract for works under Part B of the Project to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions procedures referred to in Part C.1 above, and each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of Part C.2 $5,000,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Section I; Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (iic) With respect to the first three (3) contracts contract for goods under Part A of the Project and the first contract for goods under Part B of the Project to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section IC.2 above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingshopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods, works and goods to be awarded non-consultant technical services procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Section ISection; and (ii) the first three (3) two contracts for each works works, the first two contracts for goods and goods to be awarded the first two contracts for non-consultant technical services procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Section ISection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three two contracts for goods and the first two contracts for non-consultant technical services procured in accordance with procedures referred to in Part C.2 of this Section; and (3ii) contracts for goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.2 C.3 of this Section ISection; and (iiiii) the first three (3) two contracts for goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods procedures referred to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 of this Section ISection; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section I, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the supplier/execution of any contract under shopping and small works procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contracting, small works, or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of under Part B of this Section ISection; and (ii) the first three (3) two contracts for each goods and works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of each calendar year during Project implementation under Part C.1 (a) and (b) of this Section ISection, respectively, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) to the first three (3) two contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section I; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 each calendar year during Project implementation under Parts C.2 and C.4 of this Section ISection, respectively, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract or contractor under shopping proceduressaid Parts, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of the quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingsaid Parts, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f), 2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to all contracts for goods under Part C.3 of this Section, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the execution of any contract under said Part, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (ii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f), 2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works and goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section ISection; and (ii) the first three (3) two contracts for each works and goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section ISection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three (3) two contracts for goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section ISection; and (ii) the first three (3) two contracts for goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingshopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f), 2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.apply with respect to each contract procured in accordance with Parts B and C.1 of this Section I. (b) With respect to: to each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $350,000 or more to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.1 (ib) of this Section; the first three two contracts for works to be procured under Part C.3 of this Section; each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $350,000 to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.1 (3a) of this Section; and the first two contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of procured under Part C.2 of this Section I; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the supplier/execution of any contract under shopping proceduresprocedures or procurement of small works, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingshopping or procurement of small works procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f), 2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works and goods Subject to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B paragraph (b) of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section ISection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to the following contracts: (i) in each calendar year, the first five contracts each for works and goods, regardless of the cost thereof, for which invitations to bid are issued in that calendar year; (ii) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or more; and (iii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more. (b) With respect to: Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section, if any of the contracts referred to in subparagraph (i) the first three (3) contracts for goods thereof are to be awarded procured under small works or national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section I; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of or Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section I, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract contractor under shopping such procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingsuch procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect apply to: (i) the first three (3) contracts contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with works each year procured by the provisions CPCU and by each PPMU, regardless of Part C.2 of this Section Ithe value thereof; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods estimated to be awarded in accordance with cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; (iii) the first contract for goods each year procured by the CPCU and by each PPMU under the provisions of paragraph 1 of Part C.4 of this Section IC above; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts contract for works to be awarded in accordance with goods each year procured by the CPCU and by each PPMU under the provisions of paragraph 2 of Part C.5 of this Section I, the C above. (b) The following procedures shall applyapply to each contract for goods or works procured under paragraph 2 (International or National Shopping) and paragraph 5 (Procurement of Small works) of Part C above and referred to in sub-paragraph (a)(iv) and (i) of this paragraph 2: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and or the execution of any contract under shopping proceduresprocedures or the procedures for small works, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingshopping procedures or the procedures for small works, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect toto each contract for: (i) each goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; (ii) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more and contracts for cadastral surveys estimated to cost the equivalent of US$100,000 or more; and (iii) the first contract for goods or works and goods estimated to cost less than the equivalent of $100,000 or $200,000, as the case may be, to be awarded procured by each PIU on the basis of national competitive bidding procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Section 1, Part B C of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (Schedule 3) contracts for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) to the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section I; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded procured on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions procedures referred to in paragraph 2 of Section 1, Part C.4 C of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (Schedule 3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section I, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any the supplier and the execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any the contract procured under direct contractingshopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for goods and each contract for works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods procured prior to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section ILoan effectiveness, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: to each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$1,000,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (ic) With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (d) With respect to the first three (3) contracts contract for goods works to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions procedures referred to in Part C above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Part C.2 of this Section I; Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (iie) the first three (3) contracts With respect to each contract for goods and each contract for works to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions procedures referred to in paragraph 3 of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section ID above, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingcontracting procedures, the Borrower CDR shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iiiii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for works and goods to be awarded procured pursuant to the procedures referred to in accordance with the provisions of Part B B.1 of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section ISchedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) to the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded procured pursuant to the procedures referred to in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 C.1, 2 and 3 of this Section I; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods Schedule, and with respect to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded procured pursuant to the procedures referred to in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 C.3 of this Section I; Schedule and (iv) estimated to cost the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions equivalent of Part C.5 of this Section I$1,000,000 or more, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract procured under shopping procedures, procedures the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingcontracting procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) in addition, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f), ) and 2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the procedures procedure set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply: (i) with respect to all contracts estimated to cost US$100,000 or more procured under Part C.1 of this Section; (ii) with respect to the three first contracts for goods under Part C.2, and the three first contracts for works to be procured under Part C.3 of this Section the following procedure shall apply; and (iii) with respect to each contract for works, estimated to cost more than US$100,000 procured under Part C.3 of this Section. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section I; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of procured under Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section ISection, the following procedures Borrower shall apply:furnish the name of the supplier, the type and specifications and estimated cost of the goods and the justification for procuring such goods through direct contracting. (ic) prior Prior to the selection of any supplier and the supplier/execution of any contract under shopping proceduresParts C.2 and C.3 of this Section, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Bank: (i) a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contracting, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank received and a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iiiii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works and goods estimated to be awarded in accordance with cost the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section I$250,000 or more; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts contract for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of procured under Part C.1 of this Section ISection; and (iii) the first contract for goods under Part C.1 of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three (3) contracts contract for goods to be awarded small works procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures set forth in Part C.2 C.4 of this Section ISection; (ii) the first three (3) contracts contract for goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures set forth in Part C.3 C.2 of this Section ISection; and (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures set forth in Part C.4 C.3 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the or execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingcontracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f), 2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or more; (ii) the first two contracts for works procured in accordance with the procedures set forth in paragraph 2 of Part C above; (iii) the first two contracts for works procured in accordance with the procedures set forth in paragraph 5 of Part C above; (iv) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (v) the first contract for goods procured in accordance with the procedures set forth respectively in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3(a) of Part C above. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three (3) contracts to each contract for works or goods referred to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section I; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; clauses (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions and (v) of Part C.4 sub-paragraph (a) of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section Iparagraph 2, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the supplier/execution of any contract under shopping proceduresprocedures or under procedure for procurement of small works, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingshopping procedures or under procedures for procurement of small works, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B and paragraphs 1 and 5 of Part C of this Section I; and (ii) the first three two (32) contracts for each works and goods technical services for printed materials to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Part C.1 C of this Section ISection, regardless of the cost thereof, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three two (32) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of Part C.2 C of this Section I, regardless of the cost thereof; (ii) the first three two (32) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4 of Part C.3 C of this Section I, regardless of the cost thereof; and (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions paragraph 6 of Part C.5 C of this Section I, the following procedures provisions shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingcontracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f), 2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and each contract for works and goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to under Part B of this Section ISection; and (ii) each contract for works estimated to cost the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods equivalent of $200,000 or more to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in paragraph 1 under Part C.1 C of this Section ISection; and (iii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 1 under Part C of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section I; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods estimated to be awarded in accordance with cost the provisions equivalent of Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section I$50,000 or more, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingshopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for works goods and goods technical services to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section ISection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three two (32) contracts for technical services to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 1 of Part C above, regardless of the cost thereof; (ii) first two (2) contracts for goods to be awarded procured in accordance with each of the provisions procedures referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Part C.2 C above, regardless of this Section Ithe cost thereof; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; and (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions procedures referred to in paragraph 4 of Part C.4 C above, regardless of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section Icost thereof, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingcontracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f), 2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works and goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Section Iabove; and (ii) the first three (3) two contracts for each works and goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Section Iabove, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three (3) contracts for goods and each contract estimated to cost the equivalent of □ 50,000 or more, to be awarded in accordance with procured for the provisions purposes of carrying out Sub-projects under Part C.2 A of this Section Ithe Project; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods and each contract estimated to cost the equivalent of □ 50,000 or more, to be awarded procured for Active Labor Services under Part B.2 of the Project, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply (c) With respect to the first two contracts procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.2 and Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section Iabove, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingshopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works and goods Subject to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B paragraph (b) of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section ISection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.apply with respect to the following contracts: (b) With respect to: (i) the first three two contracts for works, regardless of the cost thereof, to be procured by each Project Province; (3ii) the first two contracts for goods to be awarded procured by each Project Province in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 C.1(a) of the this Section I; and (iiiii) the first three (3) all contracts for goods and works to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 B of the this Section I. (b) Notwithstanding the provisions Part D.2(a) of this Section I; Section, if any of the contracts referred to in subparagraph (iiii) each contract for goods thereof are to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for procured under small works to be awarded procedures in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section I, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract contractor under shopping such procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingsuch procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$100,000 or more and for works and goods estimated to be awarded in accordance with cost the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, US$1,000,000 or more the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: the first contract for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 above; (i) the first three (3) contracts contract for goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section Iabove; (ii) the first three (3) contracts contract for goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section Iabove; and (iii) each the first contract for goods works to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section Iabove, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the supplier/execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingcontracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and each contract for works and goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in paragraph 1 under Part B of this Section ISection; and (ii) each contract for works estimated to cost the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods equivalent of $200,000 or more to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in paragraph 1 under Part C.1 C of this Section ISection; and (iii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 1 under Part C of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three (3) contracts to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $5,000_______ or more to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in paragraph 2 under Part C.2 C of this Section I; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) [prior to the [selection of any supplier and the supplier/ or execution of any contract ] under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received;] (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under [direct contractingcontracting or] [shopping ] procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of procured under Part B of this Section IB; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts contract for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of procured under Part C.1 of this Section ISection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) to the first three (3) two contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of procured under Part C.2 of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the execution of any contract procured under said Part, the Recipient shall provide to the Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (ii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f), 2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to the first three (3) contracts contract for goods works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of procured under Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section ISection, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract contractor under shopping proceduressaid Part, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Association a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingsaid Part, the Borrower Recipient shall provide to the Bank Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f), 2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for each works and goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the procedures procedure set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply: (i) with respect to all contracts estimated to cost US$100,000 or more procured under Part C.1 of this Section; (ii) with respect to the three first contracts for goods under Part C.2, and the three first contracts for works to be procured under Part C.3 of this Section the following procedure shall apply; and (iii) with respect to each contract for works, estimated to cost more than US$100,000 procured under Part C.3 of this Section. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.2 of this Section I; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.3 of this Section I; (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of procured under Part C.4 of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section ISection, the following procedures Borrower shall apply: (i) prior furnish the name of the supplier, the type and specifications and estimated cost of the goods and the justification for procuring such goods through direct contracting. Prior to the selection of any supplier and the supplier/execution of any contract under shopping proceduresParts C.2 and C.3 of this Section, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank Bank: a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contracting, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank received and a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) and the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f2(f), 2 (g2(g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect toto each contract for: (i) each contract for works and goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Section ISection; and (ii) technical services consisting of: (A) reproduction of informational materials and provision of pre- distribution packaging services under Part A.6 of the first three Project; and (3B) contracts for each works provision of print and goods electronic media communications services under Part A.6 of the Project, estimated to be awarded in accordance with cost the provisions equivalent of Part C.1 of this Section I$100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to: (i) the first three two (32) contracts for goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions procedures referred to in paragraph 1 of Part C.2 C above, regardless of this Section Ithe cost thereof; (ii) the first three two (32) contracts for goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions procedures referred to in paragraph 2 of Part C.3 C above, regardless of this Section Ithe cost thereof; and (iii) each contract for goods to be awarded procured in accordance with the provisions procedures referred to in paragraph 3 of Part C.4 C above, regardless of this Section I; and (iv) the first three (3) contracts for works to be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.5 of this Section Icost thereof, the following procedures shall apply: (i) prior to the selection of any supplier and the execution of any contract under shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a report on the comparison and evaluation of quotations received; (ii) prior to the execution of any contract procured under direct contractingcontracting or shopping procedures, the Borrower shall provide to the Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 (f), 2 (g) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review.
