Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) all contracts for works and goods estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (ia) all contracts each contract for works goods awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I, and goods (b) the first contract for goods, irrespective of value, and each subsequent contract for goods, estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under , awarded by each implementing agency in accordance with the provisions of paragraph B.1 Part C.1 of this ScheduleSection I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and each contract for works and goods estimated to cost more than $100,000 equivalent or more300,000 equivalent; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; goods and (iii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under works, irrespective of the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedulecontract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraphs C.1 or C.2 of this Schedule.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) all contracts each contract for works works; and (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent 1,000,000 or more; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) all contracts each contract for works and goods estimated to cost $100,000 150,000 equivalent or more; , (ii) the first three contracts for goods estimated to cost less than $150,000 equivalent; (3iii) each contract for works estimated to cost $200,000 equivalent or more; and (iv) the first three contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) all to the first contract for works referred to in Part C 1 above and with respect to the first two contracts for goods and works to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.1 above and costing $30,000 equivalent or more; and all other contracts for goods estimated to cost $100,000 300,000 equivalent or more; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) all contracts each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent 250,000 or more; (ii) the first three (3) contracts contract for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalentbe procured under Part C.1 of this Section; and (iii) the first three (3) contracts contract for goods to be procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 Part C.1 of this ScheduleSection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) all contracts for works and goods estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule, the The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to: (i) each of the first three (3) contracts for goods, regardless of value, procured under the provisions of paragraph 1 of Part B of Section I of this Schedule; (ii) each of the first three (3) contracts for works, regardless of value; (iii) all contracts for goods estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more; and (iv) all contracts for works estimated to cost $200,000 equivalent or more.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) all the first three contracts for works goods and works, irrespective of their value; and (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent 200,000 or more; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) all contracts each contract for goods and each contract for works and goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more250,000; and (ii) and the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) goods, irrespective of the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedulecontract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraphs B.1 and B.4 of this Schedule.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) all contracts each contract for works and goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more250,000; and (ii) the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) goods, irrespective of the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedulecontract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraphs B.1 and B.4 of this Schedule.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) all contracts each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent 350,000 or more; and (ii) each of the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) the first three (3) two contracts for goods to be procured under and for works regardless of the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedulecontract’s value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: Except as provided in sub-paragraph (ib) all contracts for works and goods estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Scheduleparagraph 2, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) all the first two contracts for works and goods estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or moregoods; (ii) the first three two contracts for works; (3iii) contracts each contract for works estimated to cost less than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent500,000 or more; and (iiiiv) the first three (3) contracts each contract for goods estimated to be procured under cost the provisions equivalent of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule$200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) all contracts for works works; and (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (ia) all the first two contracts each for works and goods; (b) any contracts for goods or works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B.1 of this Schedule; and (c) each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
