Prior to January. 1st each year, the Minister shall notify the Educational Leave Committee of the number of teachers who may be granted educational leave in the coming school year. In any event, the minimum number of leaves which may be granted shall be 3.0 semesters per year, or the equivalent.

  • March the URC shall forward its written recommendation to the candidate, the President, the Xxxx and the DRC;

  • By December 31, 2015, the Board will calculate the annual amount of a.i) divided by a.ii) which will form the base funding amount for the Trust;
