The Database Services group will prioritize incoming incident requests as “urgent” priority if it meets any one of the following criteria: • Number of departments or people affected. • Academic and Administrative Calendar deadlines. • Impact on the delivery of instruction. • Risk to safety, law, rule, or policy compliance.
