Priority and Postponement. The Owner shall, at its expense, obtain and register any postponement agreements or other agreements that the Trust may require to ensure that this Agreement shall be a first encumbrance on title to the Property in priority to all mortgages, charges, leases and other encumbrances or agreements affecting the Property.
