Senior Lender Loan Documents means those documents that collectively set forth the terms of agreement between the Borrower and Senior Lender in connection with the Senior Lender Loan, consisting of the Deed of Trust Note, Deed of Trust, Construction Loan Agreement, Regulatory Agreement, Amendment to Regulatory Agreement, Note Agreement, Mortgage Loan Increase Deed of Trust Note, Amendment to Deed of Trust and Regulatory Agreement, and any and all other loan documents executed and delivered to evidence, secure or guaranty the Senior Lender Loan.
Senior Lender Loan Documents means the Loan Agreement, the Revolving Credit Loan Agreement, the Loan Modification Agreement, the Media Services Agreement and all promissory notes, security agreements and other loan documents related to the foregoing.
