Priority and Target setting. KA2 should contain priority outcomes and associated performance measures. Targets should be attached to all performance measures covering the lifetime of KA2. These targets should be based on a number of national and local priorities from V4K and represent the outputs from the Working Groups. Each Working Group should plan ahead for an annual refresh of the content of the Agreement.

Priority and Target setting. At the time of writing this framework, the ‘Cumbria Agreement’ already contains our priority outcomes and associated performance measures. Targets are already attached to all performance measures covering the period 2007-2010. These targets are based on a number of national and local priorities from the Cumbria Sustainable Community Strategy and represent the outputs from Thematic Partnership working. Each partnership should plan ahead for an annual refresh of the content of the agreement.

  • – SENIORITY AND JOB SECURITY 9.01 (a) Seniority and service for full-time employees shall be defined as the length of continuous service with the Home since the date of last hire, subject to Article 9.03-9.05, 9.17, 9.18 and 11.10 and any other related provision of the Collective Agreement.
