Priority Associate Process. During the ninth quarter of potential eligibility for Priority Associate status, HR will notify the candidate of such potential status and indicate the need for a satisfactory administrative evaluation, including two (2) quarters of student evaluations during the final three (3) quarters, if applicable. The Office of Human Resources shall update and publish the Priority Associates list quarterly for each division and department including advising, counseling and the library. Copies of lists shall be forwarded to the Federation President.
