The Priority Hiring Consideration clause establishes that certain individuals or groups are given preferential treatment when new job opportunities arise within an organization. If this is an Agreement for services, other than consulting services, with total compensation over $200,000, Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by this Agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code section 11200 in accordance with PCC 10353.
