New Employer. Executive agrees that prior to accepting any new employment during the Non-Compete Period, Executive shall advise Company of the identity of the potential new employer. Company may serve such new employer with notice of the non-competition restrictions set forth in this Article 7 and may furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or the relevant portions thereof.

New Employer. Vacation seniority, defined as the length of an employee's service, which determines the length of vacation to which he/she is entitled, shall not be affected by the sale or transfer of the job site in which he/she works. Employees who continue in employment with a new owner acquiring the job site shall have their service prior to the time of the acquisition credited by the new owner. The new owner shall be obligated to make vacation payments after the acquisition in accordance with the employee's service with the new owner. The previous Employer shall pay each of his/her employees' earned vacation time prorated to the time of sale or transfer of the business.
