PRIVACY OF MATERIALS IN FILE. Neither an employee’s file nor any of its contents shall be copied or otherwise made known to anyone without the permission of the employee, provided, however, such file shall be available to the Board and its agents, the administration, or any court or other hearing, or any third party as required by law. The employee and Union President will be notified in writing (email is acceptable) upon fulfillment of the request, if permitted by law. Such notification will not impair the District’s ability to respond as required by law.
