Evaluation Schedule and Conference. The employee’s immediate supervisor shall evaluate him/her in writing at least once per year by no later than March 1st, provided, however that additional evaluations may be performed after March 1st. Within seven (7) calendar days following the evaluation, the evaluator shall have a meeting with the employee to discuss the evaluation. The evaluation of the employee’s performance shall be based on the employee’s job description and other uniform standards and criteria which have been established by the employer and made known to the employee prior to the evaluation.
Evaluation Schedule and Conference. The Director of Transportation, or designee, may evaluate all employee(s) in writing at least once per year, which may include an “on route” evaluation for drivers. An “on route” evaluation shall be conducted a minimum of once per year for first year drivers. The first such “on route” evaluation shall be conducted within a reasonable period following the first year driver’s completion of ninety (90) driving days with the District. Within seven (7) calendar days following the evaluation, the evaluator shall have a meeting with the employee to discuss the evaluation. The evaluation of the employee’s performance shall be based on the employee’s job description and other standards and criteria, which have been established by the employer and made known to the employee prior to evaluation.
Evaluation Schedule and Conference. Each employee shall be given a performance evaluation in writing at least once per year during the employee’s first four (4) years in the District, such evaluation to be completed no later than March 31 of each year. After four (4) years in the District, each employee shall be given a performance evaluation in writing at least once every two (2) years, such evaluation to be completed no later than May 1 of that year. Within fourteen (14) calendar days following the evaluation, the evaluator shall have a meeting with the employee to discuss the evaluation.

  • Schedule and Completion The Pre-commencement Phase Services to be performed under this Contract shall commence upon the Effective Date of the Contract and be completed within 60 days thereafter. Activities on the Site shall commence on the date specified in the Proceed Order and shall be materially complete in accordance with established Milestones, and not later than the Material Completion and Occupancy Date.

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement.   • Service Information Pages Verizon shall include all CBB NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. CBB’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when CBB is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBB’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBB’s critical contact information for CBB’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBB. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.
